Congrats to all the recent approvals.

My husband just got his biometrics done today it was super fast and they only needed a picture ID but he showed them his conditional greencard and that was sufficient. Hopefully the rest of us see approvals coming soon

I've been waiting for any TOUCH since August 10. Of course their office is closed today and tomorrow, so I will start waiting again Monday onwards. I wonder why there are people who's got TOUCHES and some don't. Good luck to all of us WAITING. Patience is always the magic word.

I don't think "touches" mean much really. All they say is that activity happened with your file AND someone scanned that action into the system. Things can happen without anyone updating the system, so really it's neither here nor there.

As you said patience is the magic word. Hopefully we will continue to be pleasantly surprised at approvals coming in for July filers continuing next week.

Another day has passed and no sign of any good news for any approval or online touch. Tomorrow marks my 2nd week after my biometrics day. Hopefully there will be good news. Good luck to all of us waiting. Godspeed.

August 23 , 2010 Which is today , I recieved a letter in the mail from USCIS , saying ( Congatulations ! Your request for removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved . You are deemed to be a lawful permanent resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status.)

Congratulations for everybody who got approved so far , and good luck for the rest of the guys who are still waiting for the last and final step of removal of condition It's gonna be an approval no need to worry about that . Peace From Morocco.

I'm hoping to hear some movement this week to if not in this thread some of the others so we know the service centers are alive and kicking.

Don't worry. I got three touches after my biometrics too. One on the day right after the appointment(it was a Friday), one on the Saturday and one on the Monday. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't seen anymore touches since. I hope the next movement I see from them is an approval!

Congratulations aminesby! Hopefully all of us waiting will have a good news this week. I'm always disappointed if I see our mailwoman and no mail for me from USCIS. Just a question aminesby , did you receive any of those touches online? I'm still wondering what those touches are. My number is not on their system yet.

Thx everybody for your congratulations , the question here is you never know when you will hear from them surprising you with the approval . As an answer to LUCKYMOM for her question , I just got one touch and it was on August 12th 2010 , which was the second day after my biometrics . I don't think that being touched or not being touched at all is something scary and confusing , because nobody knows how they do their thing and approve you . Relax , take it easy and you will hear some good news regarding your case , and wish the same thing to everybody else in here . Peace from MOROCCO.
