I didn't have to go through AOS, but I think you might need a G-325A for the USC. Can someone else confirm?

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

You only need a G-325A for the Non-citizen for the form I-485.

Please have a look at the AOS thread in my signature which has a full document list.

AP requires 2 photos as well and DOES NOT require a letter describing travel, as you are applying with AOS.

For some reason I left off the two passport photos for AP. They're in my packet though. If it's not needed, the extra documentation for the AP will be excluded. Your list of documents regarding the AOS process was very helpful. Thank You.
