We have Illegal Mexican in the USA who do stuff worse than this daily with bringing in Illegals from Mexico and other countries south of the border, and Immigration and Law Enforcement turn a blind eye to them.

FWIW, 'Visa Service' Companies are big business in USA, even bigger overseas. IMO, the money to be made comes from ppl's ignorance. Ignorance can be cured, always. Mary Smith was a shark, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over the line, good to see her arrested.

The thing that I see, for the 'difference', though - is that this has nothing to do with illegal immigration, is different domain, entirely. These companies charge monies for preparing paperwork, mostly, and in some cases, handle STUDENT VISAS and college administrative stuff for admissions.

A good friend of mine in Indonesia ran a 'visa service' company for years - she was always 'within the law' - her biggest paychecks though, were from the Australian Universities, when she successfully placed an Indo National into school in Australia - usually about 5K in fees FROM THE UNIVERSITY itself. I always thought was strange, but business is business, ah ? Was all legal, as well.

But I digress. To find 'anyone' who is breaking the law, requires time and effort, with some hope of 'payoff of effort' after the arrest. Deporting EWI illegals seems to be too boring, IMO, for ICE to do it often, but a high profile case, such as Ms. Smith's, is great fodder, makes great headlines (Is ICE even involved, yet, btw ? )

grrr.
