I just calld also. I was able to get through on the first attempt...and they have no record of my case

It's getting tough waiting and looking for the positive. All I know is I want my Ololufe with me....just like everyone else.

We are quite similar timelines and I am waiting for NVC too .. I will be your NVC waiting buddy if you need one :D

May 1, 2006 - Submitted I-129F (Overnight) NSC

May 2, 2006 - NOA1

June 1, 2006 - Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006 - Notice from CSC it was transferred

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE (CSC)

July 5, 2006 - Touched (RFE Received)

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

August 22, 2006 AIT sent Packet 3

August 22, 2006 Packet 3 got lost in the mail... sending another.. :( :( :(

October 27, 2006 Interview

Yes Ma'am .. just got off the phone with them this morning.. Still nothing from USCIS at NVC for my case :(:(:(

That just doesn't make sense. Have you phoned USCIS to see whether they know if it's been physically sent or not? Yeah, I know... but it might be worth a try if you haven't already....

me too. i also get the message that you have "the file is still not yet with the NVC". i wonder why it takes so long for us to get our notification. i hope everything will be okay for us!

you have to talk to a live person tam. They may actually have it.
