I'm back!

Hi everybody!

After two years absence I'm back, It is good to see some of the old members here :-)

I'm about to apply for ROC on July 10th. The situation is pretty much the same as when we applied, however my husband and I are now the proud parents of a 5 month old baby girl. I originally submitted a lot of evidence but I'm just wondering if I have to submit pretty much the same stuff, pictures, notarized affidavits, home owner joint title, birth certficate of our daughter, health insurance, joint tax return, bank accounts...

We changed locations, we bought a house in San Francisco and I was wondering if anybody on this forum has had their interviews there.

Any information on the matter would be great and good luck to everybody!

It would be so helpful if you completed your VJ timeline especially since you have a very long journey on here, it would be very beneficial to the community.

I tried to update the timeline a few times but never worked that's why I have my timeline in my signature... Anyways,I'll try again and see if it works this time.

FYI, possibility for having an interview at ROC is like 5%. Most people get approved without an interview

Hi

The same information is pretty much required except for passports photocopies and sponsorship related documents.

This step is to establish that you have been together for the past 2 years and that was the reason you were granted a GC. All your evidence needs to cover the entire period, which what most members end up doing is send copies of statements for every 3-4 months for leases, mortgages, utilities, insurance, 401k, etc... oh yes, it is going to be a big package

Read the instructions for I-751 on USCIS website and get familiarized with it, also, the pinned article here covers a lot of information.

FIrst of all congratulations on your baby. Looking at your situation, you should clear through with ease. Unfortunately, less a few documents, everything needs to be submitted as before. Basically proof of an on-going relationship during the last 2 years. So, sending in more than required doesn't hurt, rather than sending insufficient documents and fearing an RFE.
