AOS papers - including AR-11???

Hi everyone!

I am in the U.S. since 3 weeks. Since than I moved with my wife and her parents. I already changed my address with the AR-11 online form. Now I want to send out my AOS package. Should I include a copy of the AR-11 receipt (pdf document after you changed your address online).

I don't think that you need to.

I changed my address online right before I filed AOS myself.

Changed address on April 13, sent AOS package on May 8,

I didn't include AR-11 in the AOS package.

They found me just fine ;)

edited to add: But if you wanted to send along AR-11, it wouldn't hurt either.

Just keep a copy of it too so you have proof that you HAVE changed it. in case, God forbid, mailing becomes an issue later

don't forget to make an identical copy of the AOS packet before you send it!!

The AOS package contains the current address, right ? USCIS will use that CURRENT ADDRESS.

Make sure you have the CURRENT ADDRESS in the paperwork.

Do you have the CURRENT ADDRESS in the paperwork ? If not, stop. Redo it, to reflect the CURRENT ADDRESS.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

No need to include it. Your New Submission Package {AOS} will have the most current address to be used..
