papers duplicates

Hi everybody!!!

I know that I should ask for a duplicate of the medical for AOS purposes if not it could mean i have to redo the vaccinations etc...

So what other papers will i need for the AOS that i already did for K1?

They probably won't give you a copy of the DS-2053 (medical report) but ask for a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination report). If the DS-3025 is NOT included in the POE packet, then you can take the DS-3025 to a civil surgeon here in the USA and have them transcribe it.

The USCIS will request your "A" or Alien file that you give to the POE when you enter, which will include the DS-2053 medical report, for use at AOS time.

While not done for the K-1 Visa, rather from the I-129F, I "believe" (but not certain) you need the originals of NOA2 for AOS. Someone can correct me if this is wrong.

Not wrong, you do need to provide a copy of the NOA2 received for the I-129F for AOS submission
