Does anyone know where someone would need to ship the I-485 and I-130 combined package? The I-485 has the Illinois address on it, while the I-130 form has a different one. Since this couple is mailing both forms out at the same time, would they send it all to Illinois?

No, I mean I-130. The girl is on student visa. They got married and are applying for AOS, but I read somewhere that they need to submit I-130 along with I-485.

The Chicago Lockbox.

I originally sent it to my District office (TX) and it got returned and I was directed to file it with the lockbox.

Good luck!
