AOS FEE AND IV FEES

Hello Guys!! This is me again sorry , this is something new for me. I came under K3 visa and this process i never did neither my husband. I was wondering if there was a mistake with those fees, because I got a 70 dollars fee by email from NVC and when i went online i made the payment it went through but under IV fees it says NO INVOICED and sometimes you are no charged for this.....is there anything wrong? This petition is for my Mom...or am i supposed to wait for that fee later?

NVC is trying to process your I-130 petition for IR/CR immigrant visa... since you arrived on a K-3, you simply ignore all the requests from NVC as you no longer need a visa... You will however, need to file the I-485 to adjust your status from K-3 to resident at some point in the near future

Sorry, I think you misunderstood me...This petition is for my MOM!! I came under K3 visa 5 years ago and now I am a citizen and did the petition for her so this is why this process is different than mine.

Hi Mace1,

Has your mom (or you helping her) completed the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) form yet?

You should complete that form and submit it.

The reason the IV Fee bill is showing 'NOT INVOICED' is because NVC is awaiting the DS-3032 to completed signed and submitted. Once they receive that, the IV Fee on the website will show 'INVOICED'. Then, the links will activate and work when you try to open them to make the IV Fee payment.

Yes, I sent it by email on tuesday morning to NVC , they told me that it could be scanned and the same day that i got the email on monday with this form also there was a 70 dollar bill and i paid it first and then i sent the other form and yesterday i sent the AOS out.
