The G-325a needs a official signature by my fiancee on her form but i was wondering if my fiancee can just scan the form and email it to me or does she have to mail the original copy by fed ex? because that would take awhile for me to receive and i wanna send everything to USCIS asap.

To avoid an RFE, I would have her mail the original copy with signature. I wondered the same thing at the time but it requires an OFFICIAL signature, not a copy. Yes, it would take a while but better one week+ (to deliver) than 3 months (RFE).

It is possible they "may" accept copies, but you don’t want to take that chance. Don’t forget, any delays, RFEs or complication will delay your process and not to say the expense [$$].. The continuing suggestion will be to provide all original signed documents.

Original signature or you could try just sending without a signature and entering "will sign at Consulate if needed".
