One of the K-1 documents has an incorrectly formatted signature date on it: 05/10/25, instead of 05/25/10 (May 25th 2010). The other documents filed contain dates from May 25th and May 28th, respectively.

The question is whether the wrong date could become a problem and it would be better to rewrite and -send the form to my fiancee, or whether it is find to send it as is.

No problem. They'll understand the date in that format because they know it wasn't dated 85 years ago or 15 years from now.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
