Hi there everybody....

My name is Sam. A little about myself.

Fishing, Led Zepplin, The Food Network, PBS, Pink Floyd, Motown, San Diego Chargers :) , History Channel and just about anything.

My mother left Cambodia when I was a month old back in 1979. I had to juggle both American and Khmer cultures and at times it was very hard. I had at times the clown, smart #### and the one with the most common sense. I'm a laid back type of person that enjoys waking up every day and going full throttle with a positive attitude.

My wife Minea is soft spoken and sweet. She has a confidence about her and has a wonderful sense of humor. She calls me her crazy husband because I am the loud, always smiling. I have long hair and tattoos so i stuck out like a sore thumb when i was in Cambodia. I've always wondered where I would meet my other half and never thought in my wildest dreams that she would be ten thousand miles away. I met the perfect girl and would fly to the moon for her.

Very glad to have found this site. I feel that everybody on here is bonded in a way in that we found love far from home but felt at home even when were far away.

Here's to Love, Peace, Happiness and a speedy process !!!!!! wooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Thanks and I look foward to sharing my experience with all of you...

Sam,

Her cousin is a close family friend here. I've known her cousin since i was a kid. She just mentioned to me one day that she has a cousin in Cambodia that I might like and gave me Minea's telephone number. I sent Minea a text message one day and the rest is history.... we clicked instantly and were always together when I visited. Minea's family also saw past my long hair and loves me. I'm looking foward to the growing old with her.

Welcome...

honestly I am not sure if two people could look more different than you and I but we sure have the same taste in music and TV. I was in Cambodia with my fiancee in February and we really enjoyed exploring the temples of Ankor but sadly my honey won't let me post pictures of the two of us here. She does have an interesting video of me trying to climb down from one of the temples. I learned it is a lot easier climbing up than climbing back down.

Hi, the secret to going down from those steps are walking sideways. Two reasons: more balance and it's disrespectful to turn your back towards the center.
