Well.....amazingly, yet again my fellers family have blown me away with their family support and loyalty to each other and to my fiance. Where as I have little to no communication with my family (to keep my sanity)and will only have a cousin and my best friend in attendance.....My SO will have the better part of his whole clan here for our wedding day.

So we have 8 flights all coming from the same place. Manchester England. My SO's will simply be as soon as, but the other seven flights will be all together. And more could be added. Seven are confirmed already. Then too just a couple weeks before this I will have purchased another flight for myself to be there at his interview at the Embassy and to celebrate with those of his family who shall not be able to fly over for our wedding.

So.......will be dropping about $ 8500.00 in flights in a matter of two weeks. Any suggestions about where I might get a multiple purchase discount?

You can stand me at the gates of hell, but I wont back down.

Some airlines used to have a note on their websites stating that if you were booking more than a certain number of people, call this number. I haven't seen that anywhere for a while, but it can be worth dropping in to an actual travel agent about it. They have flight wholesalers, who might be able to cut you a deal.

in USA - many asian-run travel agencies go DEEP with discounts.

(Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean)

Is never some 'online portal' thing - they keep their costs to a minumum, pass the savings on to you.

Have yer USC person dig into the 'asian newspapers' in his/her area, then look at the ads for travel agents.

Sure, none are in english, but it obvious which advert is for air-travel.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
