Hello-

My case was completed today at the NVC? Are there any Canadians from the Montreal consulate who can give me a good idea of when we might expect to have our interview? I know it's usually 4 months, but has anyone received notice of an interview recently who can give me a more up-to-date timing expectation?

Ahhh the wait!! It looks as if they are running a bit shorter now than when I was waiting for an interview date. Good luck! :thumbs:

Congratulations !! Great news for you guys. Our case was completed Apr 23rd and we were notified on May 27th that we had an interview scheduled July 27th. So from case close to interview at Montreal we were 3 months.

2007 Nov 30: Met in Las Vegas, Nevada

2009 Jul 13: Proposed/Engaged in Sedona, Arizona

2009 Dec 26: Married in Tucson, Arizona

2009 Dec 30: Filed I-130

2010 Jan 02: I-130 delivered

2010 Jan 07: NOA1 - email - CSC

2010 Jan 11: Received NOA1 hardcopy

2010 Mar 24: NOA2 - email & text - NVC

2010 Mar 29: Received NOA2 hardcopy

I-130 was approved in 76 days from NOA1 date

Thanks everyone!!! We had been planning a Reception in the US with our family and friends for September 25, so it looks like we should make it!!

Thank you for all of your help and support so far throughout this process. I honestly don't know what I would have done without VJ!!!
