I brought my finacee to America on March 3rd 2010. We were married on March 22nd 2010. Due to financial trouble I was not able to immediately send in the AOS form(s) with everything else. Her 90 days was June 1st 2010 as well. I have everything completed and the funds to take care of this. What will happen since I am late filing? Any assistance or guidance would be appreciate.

Things will simply proceed normally. There is no specific time frame within which the AOS must be filed.

You are fine! My fiancee (wife) entered on January 16th and we are just filing now. Had to wait to get vaccinations and appointment with CS so we are just completing the papers now.

One more to go - waiting to get her Birth Certificate translated and we will be sending off (hopefully by early next week)!
