Mailing address?

Hi,

If my mailing address is different than permanent address, is that going to be an issue? Are we going to be asked any details about it? For example, I'm resident of NJ but my mailing address is in NY....is it okay to put that on i-751 or better stick with my permanent address. But some of my evidence such as back statements are going to show my mailing address in NY ???

I'm sure there's an explanation. Make sure you include it.

In my case I had letters addressed to me at 3 different addresses; 2 in louisiana and 1 in Florida. I explained in detail why it's the case (for example my health insurance statements were sent to my work address)

I have a different mailing address then home address as well, and that has not given me any issue so far. I also did explain that in an attached page.

Another question, for biometrics, spouse doesn't have to go with the pettioner right?
