how to mail an RFE response

alright NVC is re-reviewing BC since may 24, i'm thinking of sending them another original BC (got the mail from hubby today), no matter what the decision they make on the review i thought it would b b8r to send another one. coz it's pointless for me to wait another couple of days and hear to send another original one so i'm b8r off sending one now b4 even they make any decisions on it. it'll save me some time if i send it now rather then wait for any decisions.

so i should attach the coversheet that came with the checklist letter response email right??

is it b8r to write the ATTN. CMR or DR. the operator told me it doesn't matter so y they have 2 diff ATTN's for???

i thought RFE's have DR so they'll process it faster than the regular packets we sent in with ATTN CMR......????

also since i have both english/urdu originals should i also b making photocopies of both?? what else should i include cover letter???

address it to the checklist address, since you got dinged in a checklist.

include original and regular photocopy.

write a coverletter. Suggest you explain all about the ink used on the original, and how it actually IS the original.

actually this time, i asked my husband to tell the secretary to use the blue pen so everything is filled out in blue, stamp is in black ink but the signatures r in blue. so ya i'll write the cover letter and also explain the situation with the BC they already have and how's it different from the one they have.

how long will it take for them to review the RFE u know. i mean operators said 2-4 weeks and i know it's less than that coz the regular I-864/ds230 packets they say 6-8 weeks but it takes 2 weeks.

NVC received my Check List Response on May 17th & still under review. AVR says to wait 6-8 weeks where as operators say wait time to be 4-6 weeks. I believe 1 month would be a reasonable wait time for RFE's.

I just told you RFE wait time to be 1 month. It takes longer than initial review. My initial review took just 2 days. That's why it's RFE & that's what the ATTN address DR ( Delay Reply) stands for
