For the K1 Visa

Depends on the consulate (which your profile does not indicate) - but normally, you leave your passport with the consulate and it is sent to you by messenger to you once it is ready. How long it takes, again, depends on the consulate as well as how busy they are, etc.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: China
Timeline

Is country specific.

Welcome to VJ, btw.

It's hard to answer yer question, really, as you've not selected a country, or filled out a timeline at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=86294

Help us help you to help us help you? Please set the country, in yer profile, and knock out a timeline in the timeline section?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The consulate in Ciudad Juarez!

CJ will usually NOT tell you if your visa has been approved or denied on the day of the interview... they will say they'll let you know 7-10 days.
