Thanks for reply

If I email the form though I don't need an actual signature on the form?

I am guessing don't need one based on template, just want to make sure.

Here's a mini-how-to, if you want to use the online payment portal - have a read?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

After my husband received the DS3032/AOS kit from mail, I sent the DS3032 using VJ email template, no need for signature, you will get an Auto response afterward, after 5 days NVC emailed me back saying they got my Choice of Agent and the IV bill will be sent to the prepared agent of choice.

Just to make sure, e-mailing works the same as snail mail and if I email it I do not need to snail mail it in addition? In other words, only e-mailing it is okay? Also, before e-mailing it, I have to give NVC the email that I am going to use to send the DS-3032....

Can you give them more than one email? Do I have to give them the email of my spouse or can I give them mine and email the DS-3032 from there? Regards

OK, so just sending email in advance to start process but they still want original signed copy later

Wait, until NVC assign a case number then call NVC and talk to an operator give them both the petitioner and beneficiary's email. Have the beneficiary email NVC using the template and wait a few days for the confirmation email or call and check with NVC is they received it.

No need to send a signed copy, don't waste money on mailing it. For peace of mind, if you like you scan the singed copy attach it to the email.

Just call the NVC and talk to a live person 603-334-0700, and give them your email and the beneficiary's. Then email the DS 3032 from beneficiary's email and send it to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.

The Subject Line of the e-mail should be the relevant NVC Case Number.

Provide the applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth.

Use the DS-3032 template and you are all set.

My husband also sent it via FEd EX. So that would probably help too to send it by both email and mail.
