nah I dnt get annoyed but to be honest to u i think u r slow...U posted so many question and people here keep trying to help U but i guess u never get it...I am not trying to be SMART i am just trying to help but if u dnt appreciate it well I guess u should keep ur questions to ur self cuz U didnt know how to appreciate...one more thing some of ur saying is doesnt make any sense...i already been to the situation that u r now going to start...anyways goodluck and hope u get the approval...oh btw,the military helpline are not just CALL CENTER AGENT...I already prove it cuz one of those guys who help us in the military helpline is one of those DHS officer...U R the ONE who is acting SMART...duh!!!

Hun, I need visa to be able to live with him in Italy. As i have said in my older posts, I WENT TO THE MILITARY BASE to process my papers and thats what they told me, also thats what the ITALIAN EMBASSY said. And hey, if youre annoyed you dont need to reply. :) and thats why i'm asking people here is maybe some people have already experienced the same situation, and for sure the military helpline can't answer "other people's experiences" and btw those people who answer you when you call the military help line aren't immigration officers or what not, they are only CALL CENTER AGENTS. Again, dont talk smart coz i know you have never experienced my situation. and honestly, you dont need to reply to my posts.

As I think is clear from other replies, I doubt they can expedite your case. A month is not that much, I am waiting for my interview too. Looks like it takes a long time, but you will be done sooner than you think.

Good luck!

Timeline

I went to my AOS interview without my husband back in 2005. At that time he was going through basic training (boot camp) with the Army and unable to come to the interview. I brought his orders, my military ID, LES (leave and earning statement) and everything else related to our military life. I also brought everything else that was needed for AOS (marriage certificate, joint bank accounts, joint phone contract etc.). At that time I was living with my parents-in-law and my mother-in-law came to the interview with me. She wasn't allowed to come into the room with me but it was nice having her there for moral support. I don't remember what they asked me but I am sure it wasn't anything crazy. I told them right away why my husband couldn't come (They are ALWAYS really nice towards military people!) and it was no big deal at all. They took a copy of his orders and that was it. She looked at some of our wedding pictures and confirmed that all my information was correct and I was approved.

My husband also couldn't be there for the I-751 (Removal of Conditions) interview last year. Again I took his orders (he was in training at that time) and had no problems whatsoever.

Always remember, that military ID gives you a ton of power when it comes to immigration!!! (I have pulled the military card many many times!)

And... don't even bother calling USCIS. Just go to the interview by yourself with all necessary documents! You won't have any problems! Just take a friend, a relative or your husband's mom/dad/sister/brother with you! Good luck!!!
