1) The beneficiarry will fill out a set of the G325a and the petitioner will fill out another one. Each will sign the G325a he/she filled out, all four pages. Also, check the box under "this form is submitted in connection with application for:" and write "I-129f/K1"

Here's the model: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf

2. I think you're referring to the passport pictures, right? Just send one passport picture each and write the date it was taken on the back with pencil or pen.

You usually need to fill-out 2 G325A form (1 for beneficiary and 1 for petitioner) and the beneficiary needs to sign the form.

If your picture was taken using a digital camera then you can go to either ofoto.com or shutterfly.com. You can also go to your nearest Walgreens store to have it printed with the dates.

Hi Julie

You have to have original signature from both the USC and the beneficiary on the Biographic forms, and as for the passport photos, I just wrote our names on the back of them and put the dates on there as well in felt tip pen ink. I did that on the rest of the pictures I sent too. I was approved fine.

I believe they wouldn't send an RFE for pictures of them together, as it's secondary evidence. If they needed more evidence of having met within the past 2 years, they'd ask for more evidence?

Oooooohh ok..... so the USC fills out the same exact forms and ignores the question about the alien registration number ..i guess

If you're not sure about the dates and if the pictures weren't dated when you developed/printed them, 'guess' an approximate date and take joone745's advice, if you took digital pictures:

If your picture was taken using a digital camera then you can go to either ofoto.com or shutterfly.com. You can also go to your nearest Walgreens store to have it printed with the dates.

yeah, I guess that's all you can do unless you have some sort of time-stamping capability (digital or otherwise) that can provide a definite date.

As for them specifically asking for photos....did you previously send in other photos without dates, and now they want them to be dated? Or did you omit the photos completely before?

The petitioner would right N/A in that field. If the beneficiary has an A#, provide it.

Correct. If you fill them out online here ( http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/g-325a.htm ) it'll fill it in on all 4 pages for you, so all you and your USC have to do is sign the pages and date them. Be sure to print all 4 pages-- Although the info is the same on all 4, if you look at the bottom of each page, there are different boxes on each for different people in the agency. Don't print out 4 copies of the first page.

It will be a total of 8 pages. 4 for you and 4 for the USC.

Look at the example forms here on visajourney (located here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;page=examples ) if you're confused about things like alien number-- For most people, that part will say 'None' as you aren't assigned one yet but I'm not sure if that's correct as you appearntly sent in your first forms already.

If the pics of you together are located on your computer chances are you can find out when they were originally taken-- Click on the picture and get the file info on it (Mine was in the details tab, but I imagine this depends on your operating system and hwo you have your windows set up). All my digital camera photos told me exact dates of when they were taken. If you don't have the exact dates I would personally either just put the Month and year, or make a guess closest to which date it was taken.
