help forms to file for parent of U.S. citizen

Hi guys

i am getting ready to file for citizenship and if all goes well i will be filing for my mom to adjust status as soon as i get my citizenship.

i read thE guides and forms. this is what i have so far let me if i am missing something:

I-485 (FEE $1010)

G-325A(ONLY ONE, FOR SOME REASON I THOUGHT IT WAS LIKE 3 OF THESE)

I-864(FEE $70)

I-130 (FEE $355)

I-765 (NO FEE)

did she enter the country legally with a visitor visa and has an i94? If so, then she will be able to adjust in country. You don't have to pay the i864, you only pay when it's for consular processing in your country.

you are missing the i693 or medical exam + vaccinations and 2 passport photos.

IF she is adjusting in the states, is no fee for the I-864 - that fee is collected for I-864s going out of country to a US Embassy. As aleful mentioned, yer missing the medical set ..

IF you are petitioning whilst she's NOT in the USA, with no expectation of her coming in until she has the IR-5 visa, then ONLY file the I-130 to the lockbox in Chicago.

You will also need a G-325A on YOU, as well. IIRC, it's one 'set' for the I-485, another set for the I-130. (If I'm wrong, it's just the I-130 )
