If you are the beneficiary, you will need your ID. Why would you not bring your ID?

If you are the petitioner, is there some reason that you would go to the USEM without your passport?

You will not be granted entry into the US Embassy without valid ID. Use something issued by the Philippine Government not a postal ID.

NBI Card, SSS ID etc would work.

I was wondering about this myself. Since her passport will be taken at the medical exam (and given back later by the embassy), what is an acceptable form of ID to enter the embassy? Why not postal ID?

Yeah, it's something handmade locally and easy to forge.

The NBI Card quick & easy to get if you've recently got an NBI Clearance. My wife said it only took a few minutes and was like a couple hundred Php.

My wife had her NBI and an old student ID and had no problem getting in. They deal with that every day there so if you have your NBI and interview appointment letter, you should be fine

Was it NBI clearance, or an NBI ID?

I'm a little worried because my fiancee's interview is a week from tomorrow and all she has is her postal ID and NBI clearance. The embassy will have her passport already. Do you think this will be a problem?

Maybe we should go get an NBI ID, do you know if it is possible to get one the same week?

No, just her NBI clearance. She was worried too because she didn't have any other ID's other than that old student ID. NBI and appointment letter was all she needed

its very easy to get an NBI ID just bring your NBI clearance and pay for P115. It will only take a minute to get an NBI ID which is valid forever. It will have your pic already on it

NBI ID? Never heard of such. Is that a new one? NBI clearance's validity is 1 year only.

I don't know exactly what year it started but I got my ID last year together with the NBI clearance.

When I renew my NBI clearance this year, I brought the ID to renew also but then those who is assigned to

renew it said its not renewable only the paper.
