We got both of our approved NOA2 I-130 & I-129f in mail this week, I told him to wait a week to call NVC. I was reading the guide to CR1, Its says there before NVC process our packet from USCIS, that I should send this documents to my husband... DS3032,MC/BC/PCC is this true? Should I print the DS230 now and send it also to my husband? I was trying to do the barcode thing on DS3032, the guide says I should encode the CASE NUMBER, Is this mean the case number from NVC? I was reading the guide over and over again, my husband wants to do the K3, I hope someone will shed me some light with this so I can explain the CR1 to my husband.

1. Yes.

2. Yes. Sign Part I.

3. Yes. Other option is to toss this paper form, use email template / ascii text - see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

I also suggest you review 'NVC STUFF' from state.gov, as well (read all of it)

DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

General NVC stuff - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html

K-3 'closure notice' --> http://www.visajourney.com/news/2010/02/07/department-of-state-to-close-k-3-visas-if-i-129f-and-i-130-petitions-approved-and-received-together/

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

you have a choice with DS-3032 -

print to paper, sign, send in via postal / courier to NVC

or

email the text template (no form required).

choose something, ya ?

If both you and your husband have email access than follow these step to cut down on the time you will spend in NVC.

Step 1: Call NVC until you get your NVC case number.

Step 2: Call NVC after you get your case number and tell them to add both of your email addresses to your file.

Step 3: Have the Non-USC email the NVC and use this (link) as a guide.

Step 4: Should get a comfrimation from NVC within a few days, if not call and comfrim with operator if they recived the email.

Step 5: your done, at lest with this step.
