May 2010 VSC Filers

My SO mailed it off on Tuesday, guarantee'd delivery by thursday so should hopefully get NOA1 soon =) Looks like we are May 2010 filers!

Seems like a quieter month for filing...but we cant be the only ones.... i looked and didnt see a May 2010 VSC thread already started.....

May 2010 filer here, but ours is with CSC, not VSC. We filed on May 3rd There doesn't seem to be many May 2010 filers, does it?

It sure seems to be a quiet month for petition filers.....I'm not complaining mind you - the less who file maybe the faster they process them.....

Our NOA1 arrived in the mail yesterday dated May 14th......VJ timelines estimate our petition being adjudicated mid-end of August.....I'm happy at that but not holding my breath....friends and family aren't expecting any kind of progress until October, of course, for Dan and I the sooner the better

I put my petition in the mail today, so hopefully they will get it tomorrow. Yeah, looks like there aren't too many people filing this month. Please, please, that that mean that we get adjudicated sooner!

Alright guys, after 3 weeks of preparing my I-129F petition, I have officially sent it off on Friday, May 21st, 2010. My beneficiary is from Pakistan and I am hoping to have the interview completed by late November, or around that time. Marlea, good luck to you...hope everything works out for you!!!

Count us among the May 2010 filers!

Wow, VSC seems to be so slow right now. In fact I had been watching the USCIS "timelines" page, which was showing the standard processing timeframe as "5 months" for I-129F. It's now (as of the May 24 update) showing "6 months". So much for speeding up. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll assign more staff to working the K visa backlog.

So much for slow - we recieved our NOA2 today dated June 22nd =) Processing time = 39 days! Happy much HA! I hope you all get yours soon...of course now i am no where near as prepared as I would have been......LOL not complaining mind you....definately not!!!!!!!! So happy and in 20 days my SO will be here to visit so it's all good right now! Good luck to everyone, i hope it is speedy for you too!

I also got notificaion on June 25th, that my NOA2 was in the mail!! 28 days!!! Looks like they are speeding up...good luck everyone!!
