my husband has clean records , he was in united states from 2003-2006 as legal PR and then he withdraw his application for admission because he was going through divorce and then he left the country . we got married in 2006 and in 2007 i file the i-130 and 10 months later it got denied at the local office by the officer mistake because they requested more evidence and i send it but the officer messed it and he denied the case so i did not want to appeal it so i went ahead and file another one in july of 2008 and then after i received the receipt i filed the i-129f . he doesn't even have traffic tickets on his records. i have an attorney and every time i call they say that i have to wait . this new i-130 has been pending for 20 months but i meant four years all together

OK - call the OTHER US Senator's office (there are 2 in yer state)

IMO, at this point, you should file a writ of mandamus, as well.

Look up member 'gogo' here -

1. study his posts

2. get his address book

3. study his topics

do NOT contact him, he's busy with his wife - but he's posted all about his experience here.

If you have problems looking him up and finding his posts, do, please - LET ME KNOW?
