What is the meaning of first mark on above?

I finished the correcting passport today and will going to submit it again to embassy.

Thanks in advance

There should be specific instructions on 'how to submit ' with this paperwork that was received on interview day. Please study it - the instructions SHOULD BE THERE !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

It didn't say any instruction.

Dear Visa Applicant:

This office regrets to inform yhou that it is unable to issue a visa to you becasue you have been found ineligible to receive a visa under the following section(s) of the imigration and National Act. the information contained in the paragraphs marked with "X" pertain to your visa applicantion. Please disregard the unmarked paragraph.

Above are the two section he marked in the blue slip..

That is everything in the blue slip. There is no instruction..

The instruction is give by CO is "fixed the passport."

That's it.

Did they ask you to get information on your passport corrected before they can make a decision or did they tell you that your visa has been denied?

If your passport states a different place of birth than your birth certificate, I can see how that raised a red flag. You might want to get it corrected.

ya - you need some 'path' to get this stuff back to the IV unit. I guess I could be more helpful if I knew exactly which Consulate/Embassy you were dealing with ?

Yer official VJ timeline says 'Armenia' but I'm guessing that is wrong, that's the first Embassy/Country in the list - maybe you never set it..

Then there's no mention of 'where' in yer member profile, either :(

They ask me to get the passport information corrected and they will make further decision.

That is what they said.

They need new passport from you. Get is ASAP and submit it to the consulate. Quicker you act the better is the chance of getting approved.

Good Luck
