I want to get the information about my process.So how i m going to contact with the uscis officer.bec when i call them only the operator answer me do i have to push the another number?

I m still waiting for my NOA2 since december and it is already behind of process timeline

Or, when the misinformation clerk answers and begins reading the "script," cut him/her off and say that you wish to be escalated to an immigration officer. The clerk will object, but stand your ground and insist. They MUST escalate your call upon your request -- remind them of that.
