I've read stories of people having some issue sending NVC documents before they were asked for and before bills. If you can wait a little more , make sure both bills are paid then send the packages off together. Too bad you can't do this electronically. Make sure you have copies of everything in case they get lost or misplaced or whatever. Better safe than sorry.

Wait to pay both bills. You need the barcode sheet you'll get once payment is confirmed. Then you can send them in together or separately. I would think send them in two different envelopes (because they go to two different departments and have two different addresses) on the same day for the fastest case complete. But I have no proof of that being best. For sure, though, you need to wait for the barcode sheet for both packets.

What Bear means is that the address is still 31 Rochester for both but they have different attention lines.

One is Attn. CMR AOS and the other is Attn. CMR.
