when to send and to send copy of passport or not?

first of all, I want to thanks to VJ for all the help that I had with all our immigrations papers.

here I am again, with removal of condition. I have 2 questions so far,

- my GC expire on 8/30/10, its OK if i sign the papers and send them on may 29? or to wait after may 30?

- do I have to send a copy of my passport? (in instruction they don't say anything), if I have to, to send a copy of first page and visa page or just first page?

10/27/11 Check cashed

10/26/11 NOA1

11/4/11 Biometrics for 11/22/11

11/28/11 received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling

11/30/11 received both text and email that my N-400 is already schedule for interview

1/05/12 interview - passed !!!!

3/22/12 Oath Ceremony !!!!

As long as it reaches them anytime within the 90 days prior to conditional greencard's expiration.

do I have to send a copy of my passport?

nope..

02/12/2022 NVC documents submitted

According to a result using this tool Date Calculator

From date: Monday, August 30, 2010

Subtracted 90 days

Resulting date: Tuesday, June 1, 2010

Remember, it's NOT 3 months, it's 90 days!

If they receive even only 1 day earlier, they send it back to you!
