WELLLL I WAS STALKING THE MAILMAN AND I POWER WALKED TO THE MAILBOX AND I GOT THE RFE! SO I RAN BACK TO MY HOUSE, OPENED IT UP AND I HAVE UNTIL NOVEMBER 26TH. TO SUBMIT THE ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE. ALL THEY WANT IS :

FORM G-325A FOR MY HUBBY

AND PHOTOS. I'm happy that's all they want! I thought I was going to get a big long RFE. I hope that helps with anyone else who has a RFE.

Thankyou! :star: (I wanted to send in the G-325A but the person who helped me said I didn't need to, I've pissed about that since I sent it in, anyways I'll know not to trust anyone now!)

No don't trust anyone specially Customer service reps they dont know anything, and any information you do get cross reference it through online search etc. best way to know if you got accurate info. I'm really glad to hear you only got a simple RFE hope it goes well with getting it resolved.

Also you mentioned you sent a wedding DVD they probably wouldn't look at that just paper evidence is what they want.

I hope they don't complain how few people was at our civil ceremony it was last minute really and just me and hubby and my mother in attendence as we litterally made the appointment a few days before he had to go back home and we didn't have any extra money so we had the ceremony on a weekday there was only two appointment options that the justice of peace was available, we did dress up though I bought a shirt and skirt to wear to match my husbands dress outfit and my mother took pictures of us during the ceremony which I sent several in as bonafides as well as lots of photos from our visits together and we all went out to a nice restaraunt together to celebrate, we even went to get wedding photos together at a portrait studio and to the mall afterward for fun. It was a nice day for us and special so I hope USCIS wouldn't cheapen it by saying we didn't have enough guests etc. as everyone has different circumstances and they shouldn't judge by stereotypes.

I'm hoping we don't get an RFE as I'm 99% sure I did everything right these were our bonafides I sent in

Hey ya'll I'm just filling out the G-325A and I have a couple of questions.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf

On the first question it says Family Name ...would that be my last maiden name or married last name? I was thinking maiden but I'm not for sure.

Also on the citzenship/nationality question I am a U.S citizen, but I was born in London,England. So would that just be American?

It's also okay fill it out online and print out right? Thankyou :star:

Hey ya'll I'm just filling out the G-325A and I have a couple of questions.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf

On the first question it says Family Name ...would that be my last maiden name or married last name? I was thinking maiden but I'm not for sure.

Also on the citzenship/nationality question I am a U.S citizen, but I was born in London,England. So would that just be American?

It's also okay fill it out online and print out right? Thankyou :star:

Ohh I almost forgot the last question lol When it says date and place of marriage, would that be the date of the city hall or the date at the church with the priest, and would I say at the church address or address of city hall?

2009 Sept 26: We were married in Turlock, California =D
