Hi everybody just wondering if somebody from Sep 09 still waiting for GC or Im the only one this is taking forever and Im getting nervous .

I'm the same. We filed mine sept 20,09, got transferred to csc jan 20, 10, and still waiting

Yeah, I think you've nothing to lose if you call USCIS to inquire about your cases. It's been a while anyway.

I did I called them in March 26 and i got a letter a few dyas later saying: we are in receipt of your I485. we are actively processsing your applicationand is currently pending at this time.The service will advise you when a decisain has benn made.

What should I do now it hasa benn almost 60 days and nothing has changed not even a touch on my case.
