We are at the spot that we are going to have to get a sponsor to go any further. And that isn't and easy step on that. And once we get that we can move forward. But my questions are if we cant find a sponsor is there another way we can get him here. And if we cant get it done before the the time period we have to refill out all the paper work and repay everything just to get where we are know. We are at the I-864 and I need to get the 400.00 paid and the 70.00 for the application. And to try and find someone that will sponsor. And then after that is all done and turned in we can move on. But the sponsor part is what is going to kill us. Don't they understand that not everyone can make that type of money in a year.

NVC will keep the case for a year. No sense paying the $70 fee until you're ready with a sponsor and certainly no sense paying the $400. No, there's no other way. Immigrant visas require a qualified sponsor.

ya - you have a year to wrangle the documents at NVC. Good Luck with yer search for a co-sponser. You could also use assets and cash, so you have some time to accumulate them.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
