Last trip, DJ said - you know, I just realized I have been speaking straight patwah to you for a long time now - Ummmmmmmm..... yeah? I have been round Jamaicans long enough that I get most of it, and if I don't get it I ask, right?

I hear you but you know what's crazy? I understood Roc just fine and some others too but when it comes to Nev I can't get him. I'm not sure if its cause he speaks low or faster than what I'm used to. Maybe the others know I'm yankee so they slow down where as Nev just goes for what he knows.. Who knows. I do get frustrated.

I love that twix basket that is my all time favorite candy!!! Dang Sus everything you post today has me wanting to order it.. LOL

On a happy note, we got text/e-mail today that card production was ordered for AOS! Yay!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Nev's sister gave me umm is it called Sour Sap? If so I didn't fancy dat.

I had conch but not sure if it was curried or not. I didn't fancy it much but I ate it not to hurt Nev's feelings since he was so excited about me trying it.

I dont like soursap either, but I love conch in butter sauce

Quick question, I have AOS interview next month but my passport expires in Oct and wanna take hubby home in Dec... When should I begin to get my passport renewed? Should I renew my 10 year visa too? Please help

How can you renew your visa from here?

Yup, I'm back home, got back Friday morning. Actually as long as the visa arrives next week I plane on going down Sunday June 27th helping her sell what she needs to and help her take care of things. Then we will be off to Connecticut Wednesday the 30th. Out wedding is set for September 25th so that gives us three days to spare before the 90 day mark. We wanted to have a full wedding with all the works and trying to get a place 5 months out is not the easiest thing to do, the 25th was the only available date at the location we wanted.

How are you doing JaP, have you heard from the embassy.

One of my closests friends lives in Cali too!

She cooks real good...Ma fav is ackee and salt fish, with plantein, baby green bananas, yam, sweet potato, avacado...She also makes great stu pork, curry chicken, and some fish on a bone...Her rice is amazing, I never would have thought i would love rice as much as i love her's its AMAZING!!!

You describe her cooking heavenly!

Congrats DW.

Not a thing I just here getting ready to go JA and get my boys. Leaving next wed. But it is going to be a down low move the only people who will not know is my two boys.. I promised them that the next JA trip they will be with me and we will spend a week, but these tickets to da$% expensive and I was really depending on my tax money, which aint reach yet. So I just going to pick up and come right back, that way it is like any other weekend by their dad!!! Their father was no0pb.gifno0pb.gif shame on you why u promise the kids that. YEA, yea I know better but they was looking at me with these big googly eyes.

What is a mother to do, lol

I lost besangel..you would get your GC before then right so why renew your 10 year visa...If I am thinking right would you not just renew the passport and enter on your JA passport and come back on the GC,,providing you get it before the travel date.
