We received our NOA2 for I-130 from USCIS and they already forwarded them to NVC. I am just confused about the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT that my friends told me. Does it include ITR, payslip, and other finance resources? We already include the ITR in our I-130 application b4. Do we really need to send it again? thanks!

Yes, you do. It goes with the AOS package (I-864). Have you received your NVC case # and given the operator your email addresses yet?

OUR JOURNEY SO FAR: (dd/mm/yyyy)

18/09/09 - CR1 NOA1

16/07/10 - POE LAX (256 days NOA1 to interview)

27/09/10 - Aussie/American bun in the oven due May 10, 2011

06/01/11 - Submitted change of address online to USCIS. Mailed I-865 for sponsor. Neverending!

05/05/11 - Bouncing baby boy arrives

10/07/12 - Sent I-751

13/07/12 - I-751 NOA1

Yes but before that you have to call the NVC and ask for your case number. when u get ur case number it should be start (MNL plus 10 digits number) you should give your both email addresses.. And then after that the beneficiary should send the DS3032 CHOICE OF AGENT. Start gathering all the AOS package. Its include the ITR, paystubs for most recent 6 months, employment certificate and W2's. here is the poverty guidelines http://travel.state.gov/visa/laws/telegrams/telegrams_4437.html You can pay the AOS $70 and Immigrant VIsa $400 here http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3906.html tell ur wife to compete the DS230 package also..

I hope that it will help

We havent received anything from them yet. It says in our NOA2 that we need to wait for a package coming from NVC. Can we call them now or wait for the package that they will send us?

Thanks for the info really appreciate it. It says in our NOA2 that the NVC will contact us for further processing steps. Do we need to contact them now or wait for them to contact us for our case #?

Sorry, is this for I-130 or K-3 ?

If K-3 - no affadavit of support at NVC

If I-130 - is slew of 'other processing steps' to do, at NVC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

OK - an I-130, for NVC Processing.

Here's some NVC Overview - suggest you read all.

DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

General NVC stuff - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html

Many people want speed at NVC, never ever 'wait for NVC to send them something'.

Here's some general steps -
