Adding the flags are easy just upload the picture files.

Its the ticker that is a problem, inserting the code makes no sence. Insert BB code.

After some tinkering I figured out the ticker.

Have go to tickertags.com and join. Generate a ticker the way you want it then copy and past the part of code after src=" just inside the quotes will be http://tickertag.com/tickers/#####/ticher.png Place it between 2 tags are also used to refer to the flag images from the flag website mentioned.
