Poverty Guidelines

Can anyone tell me where I can download a copy of the poverty guidelines. I read somewhere for the I-134 the guidelines were for 100% not 125% and now cannot find it.

In almost every case - 125% is the number to shoot for (Active Duty Military would be one exception).

You can find a link to the most current Poverty Guidelines in my signature below. The 2010 Guidelines have not been issued yet, so the 2009 are still in force.

Regarding the 100% v. 125% requirement that is embassy specific. Check the London embassy website as well as the UK regional forum here on VJ to get the standards that are used for K1's in London.

You can download the Form I-864P from the USCIS web site www.uscis.gov. That way you can make sure you have the current guidelines. The I-864P is the table of the Poverty Level.
