Submission for NVC Process

In the NVC shortcut it states "All documents that pertain to the applicants petition are required, even if previously submitted to the CIS with the applicants petition". Does this ALL mean that copies of the G-345's and I-130 also need to be resubmitted because this is for the NVC? Or is it referring to the marriage certificate, divorce papers and the other items and not the government forms previously submitted. I am guessing the latter as I have not seen the G-345 forms listed on the cover letters for the NVC submittals.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: China

it's the latter.

The shortcuts are great for the process, but sometimes it's good to review all, from the horses's mouth (NVC).

Have a read?

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

General NVC stuff - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
