Thank you Darnell! It was all cheesy and goopy actually. I cant believe just last night I was bawling my eyes out because I thought my PCC's had expired!

Are they going to send all my original documents back? (Daughters CRBA, birth cert?)

May 28 2010 - RFE notification ( yeah Im online checking alot >.< )

June 5 2010 - RFE hardcopy received

June 18 2010 - RFE returned ( had done it June 7 - but USPS returned grrrr )

Lol, I refused to give up hope!(although it came close a few times!)

I wonder how long it takes to unwind after fighting with immigration for over 3 years?? :unsure::wacko:

Everything that was 'sent in' for this visa, is in the big envelope marked 'do not open'.

Well, it's supposed to be. SOMETIMES, original documents will be outside of that envelope, in the larger mailer.

Visible.

When you get the big mailer back, and you do not see these documents, then it's all inside the sealed 'do not open' envelope. And yer not supposed to open it.

HOWEVER - a CBP supervisor at a POE can open the sealed envelope. So - whilst yer at POE, ask for a supervisor, ask them to retrieve yer original documents. Good Luck !

I am so happy for you Coralie!!! Everyday I logged on to VJ, I would cross my fingers and look for a post from you and I am so glad that it finally happened!!
