my wife cant pay the $70 online .so she goes to the www.immigratvisas.state.gov to find how she can pay the $70

in the website they said: dont make any payment untel we recieve a fee bill payment

our case it was generated in march;24 and we still waiting for the fee bill document

i am asking what to do now.whait for that document or call the NVC

she needs the IIN.

Usually the IIN comes in the AOS Fee Bill.

Many ppl receive the AOS Fee Bill via email, after calling NVC and talking with an operator.

Suggest yer wife call NVC, and ask for the AOS FEE BILL to be emailed to her.

You Need your case number and Invoice ID #. When you have both your are good to go.

This is the payment page.

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

They will email your wife Invoice and Invoice ID number if you have provided them your emails.

04/07/10 - Sent I-130

04/09/10 - Delivered

04/15/10 - NOA 1

04/16/10 - Check Cashed

04/19/10 - Touched

09/27/10 - Touched

09/28/10 - Approved, Received text, email at 8:00am, PST
