Hi All , I wonder if you can help me. We are about to send in all the paperwork etc for our AOS , myself and my two children. I need help on the medical reports as we had full medicals done in my home country before we entered USA and all innoculations done , and everything was approved. I am now married to my husband here in USA and want to know exactly what I have to get from a civil surgeon , surely we dont have to have medicals done again as we had this done last November and they were put in the package and handed over to officials at airport when we arrived ?? Please assist me if you can as we are about to submit I-485 etc. Thank you :)

If you read the instructions of the I-485 it tells you that you can send the DS-3025 (immunisation list from doctor in your home country) and that you do not need to see a civil surgeon if you're sure your immunisations are complete.

Here's a thread to read: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/ which explains it more
