Hello, Dear Fellows!

Yesterday at 11:31pm(!) I got a text and email saying that my AOS case was updated. Checked on USCIS website and it says that my case was transferred to USCIS office. But on April 7 I got a mail that the case was transferred to CSC in order to speed up processing.

Is it normal? Why do they transfer to each other?

You sure this is not the received (at CSC) message ?

YMMV

This is my status now:

"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

So it's transferred to USCIS office. Did anyone had the same situation? I assume that this USCIS office might be local Dallas USCIS one.

It was transferred from the USCIS facility in Missouri (NBC) and is now received at the USCIS facility it was transferred to (in your case they told you it was CSC). AFAIK, they do not provide this message when transferring to the local office.

They transferred Mohammed's case to CSC, it stayed there for a few months, then we received the SAME message and it was sent to our local office and we just had our interview there. So, they do send you that same notice when it's been transferred back to USCIS and in our case it meant an interview at our local office. Like to add ours included.. USCIS as they have jurisdiction over your case.

Good Luck

Hello,

could you please update us - did you actually have an interview?? Cuz I've just got the same "transfer" message.

Thank you and good luck
