I'm probably the 100 millionth person asking this, can my fiance travel to the Virgin Islands with me for our honeymoon on her K-1. I believe its a US territory like any mainland state and a special visa shdnt be required but then again i would prefer to hear it from someone who has actually done it. Thanks in advance. I really appreciate it so much

It's a territory - not a state - so entry by a non-USC would require a visa.

Since your K-1 was used all ready (initial entry to the US and it's a one entry visa), she would not be allowed to enter (no visa)

Then, on the return to the US, you are required to show a passport - and the non-USC would need a visa to re-enter the US. (which was all ready used)

I am getting this info from here and here.

I may be wrong in my take on this - hopefully someone would shine some more light on this.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I am not sure about that because you dont need a passport to leave the Virgin Islands...check on travel.state.gov and I live here. But like Bobby say just double check...Plus I will ask a Immigration office here in the VI and have an answer tomorrow.
