at some point, the casefile will show up at NVC, and be there, briefly.

You've some forms and documents to handle as well, for the P3 and P4 sets, along with a medical exam.

There's an embassy section here on VJ - suggest you find yours, and read about the documents and processes.

Suggest yer USC person call IN to NVC, get a human, and find out the new NVC/Manila casefile number.

Good Luck !

if he is your husband, and this is a K-1 visa, you've got other problems.

If he is your husband, and he filed an I-130 petition for a CR-1 visa, then has has further stuff to do at NVC.

which is it? husband or fiance? I-129F or I-130 ?

Two duplicate threads of this post have been removed. It is only necessary to post your question once - and then wait a bit so that people have a chance to answer.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

The P3 and P4 stuff is handled by the foreign fiancee, with the exception of the I-134. The USC Person handles the I-134, gives it to the foreign fiancee, to be handed in on Interview Day.

the foreign person handles the P3 and P4 (Not the US Citizen).

I THINK you can get a medical IF you have NOA-2 in hand, MAYBE - I'm not sure.
