I have my biometrics at the end of April. Does my husband (the USC) need to attend also or is that just for the interview. He has run out of holiday entitlement for this year.

For the biometrics appointment, only the beneficiary indicated is the one who needs to be there. And, like you said, he needs to be there with you at the interview, if picked to be interviewed at all.

Only you need to be there... just make sure you have the appointment letter, GC and DL with you when you go there. Also, make sure that you don't get any scratches on your fingers or else they might ask you to come back in a few days when the scratches have healed.

Good luck!

DL = driver's license

It's just to be safe, I think. I didn't have to show it at my biosmile.gif

A K1 adjusting status will not have a greencard to take to biometrics. A valid passport and the appt letter are enough.

OP haven't updated profile status (still shows Filed for K-1). But their biometrics is for Removing Of Conditionswink.gif
