Two Jobs for I-134

I am currently filling out the I-134 prior to my fiance's interview. The problem is, I have two jobs. With one job, I am making about 20,000 before taxes. The other job adds about 9,000, so it is somewhat significant and I don't want to leave it out. How do I account for this on the I-134 form?

There is some overlap of the jobs, as one organization acts as fiscal agent for the other and some of the board members are the same. They are different organizations with different paychecks though.

Put both company names and both occupations if needed, then combine the income and show pay stubs from each job.

As in employed by IBM and Walmart and occupations, Secretary and Cashier.

I would put the info for the main job on question 7, and just put the total (as seen on your tax transcript/return) for the part about deriving an annual income etc.

If you're not comfortable with that, then attach an extra sheet or cover letter which breaks it down.
