At this point, I 'm not sure if I'm an April or March filer. I think March because NVC acknowledged and sent out the AOS Mar 31st...I paid the bill late last night and it's being processed.

That thread is for ALL who are applying for AOS and not restricted to a single visa category. I am an F-1 who is filing for AOS but I thought that it would be more supportive to not post APRIL 2010 AOS Filers just to benefit those adjusting Student, Work & Tourist visas, but for ALL applicants for the month of April irregardless of non-immigrant visas.

Hey guys, I was here a few months ago asking about AOS. Well Walla and I married March 26th, I am getting everything together now. I feel like I wanna PUKE! I am glad I get to go through this with others. This is my second time going through this process. My last marriage we had lawyer and everything was so smooth and easy. But it turns out I was being used the hard way. This time I was careful I am muslim, I did everything Islamically and even had my family and his family involved in wedding. We even had pre- marriage consuling with the Imam which I will add in my packet. Anyway I wish the best for all of us. I will let you know when I mail this puppy out. I have to make sure I send it all to the right place............

I could not find this form!

You have to see a civil sergeon. He/she will fill out the form and give it to you in a sealed envelope(do not open the envelope). Then, you can mail all together.

I could not find this form!

choongchoong is right.

But I filled out the first part of I-693 myself (about names and country and DOB) because a lot of doctors make mistakes/misspell especially if your name is complicated. Otherwise ask them to show you the form first to check.

The process through K visas and if a person already in US is very different and time lines will vary a lot. And also I never visit forum for fiancees :) This one is my "home" :)
