Hi guys

I just wonder that while i was filling up the G-325 i put our wedding date different bec i m from turkey we filling the dates in turkey like this dd/mm/year (07.09.2009) instead of mm/dd/year (09.07.2209) then i think my wife put the date in I-130 mm/dd/year (09.07.2009) so it was like

that is might be reason what i m waiting for ? but i did not get any RFE yet it has been 4 months now

this can make the approval waiting longer??

thanks for helping

check on the uscis.gov website put in your case number and it will tell you where your case is. I waited almost five months before i got my approval

I already keep checking it since long time i m still in initial Review what i m worrying is if i put the date different bec of i m livin in turkey(07.09.2009) and my wife put it like (09.07.2009) it is the same but i was mistaken bec we writing it dd/mm/year and in usa mm/dd/year

The uscis might think we were wrong our wedding date :S

when u filled up ur papers and when u got ur approval

thanks for reply

i understand its scrambled the when they write the date. My country is the same. Have the petitioner call the USCIS. They will help. She will have to give them the correction and explain to them the situation.

They do the same thing in Thailand. dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy like in the US. We didn't have any problems. I know it's difficult, but wait one more month. If it's out of processing time (5 months) then have your congressperson make an inquiry. Good luck!

USCIS : 104 Days
