. copy of birth certificate(petitioner and beneficiary

. Proof of having met in person

. letter certifying to marry(petitioner and beneficiary)

. copy of divorce documents(petitioner)

. completed form G-325 A (petitioner and beneficiary)

. passport style photos(petitioner and beneficiary)

March 02,2010 Packet I-129f sent

March 04,2010 USCIS received

March 08,2010 check en cashed

March 09,2010 touched

March 11,2010 NOA1 hard copy received

May 24,2010 NOA2 USCIS website notification petition approved

May 25,2010 NVC sent

May 28,2010 NVC left

May 29,2010 NOA2 hard copy received

June 04,2010 NVC letter hard copy received

June 08,2010 USEM received physical copy

June 15-16 medical PASSED

June 22,2010 interview PASSED

Looks good. You guys shouldn't have any problems with the initial petition.

Start saving ALL communication records.

Also have fiance make another trip if possible. Having him attend your interview is a big plus. Hopefully you have LOTS of picture with you, him and your family and frieds with him.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

thank you so much for the respond..i will tell him to come with me for my interview if he can but im not pretty sure about that cause his work schedule is very hectic and not only that the plane ticket is very expensive...hehhe

Cover Letter (see example). Should include a description of what your are petitioning for (I-129F), a table of contents (list everything in the packet).

oh no. we only send birth certificate of the petitioner.

Fot the I129F Petition only the petitioners Birth Certificate is required.

The beneficiaries Birth Certificate is not needed until the interview.

3/31/2010 MARRIED !!!

Beneficiaries birth certificate is not required until the interview - but if you sent a copy with your I129f petition - no problem.
