I need opinion from everybody! I've been here in the USA for 11months now and last December, my husband and I filed my AOS and received my notice of interview which will be next week, April 6, 2010. Supposedly, we will celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary this coming April 18,2010 but, everything happened was so tragic for me. My husband suffered from heart attack and found him no life in our home last March 6, 2010. We were so happy when we received the notice for the interview telling to ourselves that at last everything will be finished. I don't know what to do now. My plan is to appear in the day of interview and inform the immigration of the death of my husband. What will be my status? This is the only way i can ask for help. Please tell me what to do.

exactly that, bring docs that relate to his death, cert, etc, together w/the docs that you had planned to bring to prove that your marriage to him was bonafide. :)

11-30-2008 Went home to PHILs for the holidays

12-21-2008 Church wedding!

01-08-2009 AOS Approved! thank you Lord! no interview required!

01-16-2009 Received GC in mail

09-02-2010 Sent out application for ROC

09-10-2010 Received Biometrics Notice

10-06-2010 Biometrics

12-06-2010 Approved! Thank you Lord God!
